Before the legal language: ParlayIQ is a sports betting analysis tool. We help you research and analyze bets. We are not a sportsbook — we don't take your money or place bets for you. Our analysis is informational, not advice. You're responsible for your own betting decisions. You must be of legal age to use this service. Don't misuse the platform, and we'll do our best to keep it running well for everyone.

1. What ParlayIQ Is
> Plain language: We're a research tool for sports bettors. We don't take bets or handle money.
ParlayIQ ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at [parlayiq.ai](https://parlayiq.ai) and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service provides sports betting analysis, data tools, correlation insights, educational content, and bankroll tracking features.
ParlayIQ is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or financial advisor. We do not:
- Accept, process, or facilitate bets or wagers
- Hold, transfer, or manage funds
- Provide personalized gambling advice or financial advice
- Guarantee any betting outcomes
All analysis, projections, and insights provided through ParlayIQ are for
informational and entertainment purposes only.
2. Agreement to Terms
> Plain language: By using ParlayIQ, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
By accessing or using ParlayIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our [Privacy Policy](/privacy). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
3. Eligibility
> Plain language: You must be old enough to legally bet on sports in your jurisdiction, or at least 18 if sports betting isn't legal where you live.
To use ParlayIQ, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age in US states where sports betting is legal and the minimum age is 21
- Be at least 18 years of age in jurisdictions where the legal betting age is 18, or where sports betting is not yet legal (since ParlayIQ is an analysis tool, not a sportsbook)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service by applicable law
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ParlayIQ complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not represent that our Service is legal in all locations, and it is your responsibility to verify this.
ParlayIQ does not facilitate or encourage gambling in jurisdictions where it is illegal. Our tools are for analysis and education. What you do with that information is your responsibility.
4. Accounts
> Plain language: Keep your account secure. One account per person. Don't share your login.
Creating an Account
Some features of ParlayIQ require an account. When you create one, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Account Restrictions
- One account per person
- Accounts are non-transferable
- You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
5. Subscriptions and Payments
> Plain language: If you pay for a subscription, here's how billing works. You can cancel anytime.
If ParlayIQ offers paid subscription tiers:
- Billing — Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase
- Free trials — If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends
- Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing period
- Refunds — We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@parlayiq.ai
- Price changes — We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment information. See our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) for details.
6. Acceptable Use
> Plain language: Use ParlayIQ for its intended purpose. Don't break things, steal data, or ruin it for others.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from ParlayIQ without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Redistribute, resell, or republish ParlayIQ content, analysis, or data without authorization
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use ParlayIQ's analysis to create a competing product or service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
7. The Big Disclaimer
> Plain language: We provide analysis, not guarantees. Sports betting involves risk. You can lose money. Your decisions are yours.

ParlayIQ provides sports betting analysis, data tools, and educational content. We do not provide gambling advice, financial advice, or any guarantee of results.
- No guaranteed outcomes. Past performance of any model, strategy, tool, or analysis does not predict or guarantee future results. Sports are inherently unpredictable.
- Not a substitute for judgment. Our tools are designed to inform your decisions, not make them for you. You are solely responsible for every bet you place.
- Betting involves risk. You can lose some or all of the money you wager. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
- We don't control sportsbooks. Odds, lines, availability, and rules are set by sportsbooks, not by ParlayIQ. We are not responsible for how sportsbooks grade, settle, or void bets.
- Data accuracy. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data, statistics, or analysis are error-free or up-to-date at all times. Use our tools as one input among many.
- Not tax or legal advice. We do not provide advice on tax obligations related to gambling winnings or the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual Property
> Plain language: We own ParlayIQ's content and tools. You own the data you input. Don't copy our stuff without permission.
Our Property
All content, features, functionality, design, code, trademarks, logos, and data provided through ParlayIQ are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:
- Analysis, models, and algorithms
- Written content, guides, and educational materials
- Visual design and user interface
- The ParlayIQ name, logo, and brand
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
Your Content
Any data you input into ParlayIQ (bet tracking, bankroll data, preferences) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this data to:
- Provide and improve the Service
- Generate aggregated, anonymized insights (your individual data is never shared)

Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about ParlayIQ, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
9. Third-Party Content and Links

ParlayIQ may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including sportsbook websites, news sources, and data providers). We do not control and are not responsible for:
- The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites
- Any transactions you conduct with third parties
- The privacy practices of third-party sites
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
10. Limitation of Liability
> Plain language: If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid us. We're not liable for your betting losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ParlayIQ, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
- This includes, without limitation: lost profits, lost bets, gambling losses, data loss, or emotional distress
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ParlayIQ in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater
We are not liable for losses you incur from sports betting. ParlayIQ is an analysis tool. We do not place bets, set odds, or control outcomes. Your betting decisions and their consequences are entirely your own.
11. Indemnification
> Plain language: If your misuse of ParlayIQ causes us legal trouble, you agree to cover the costs.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ParlayIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any applicable law
- Any content you submit through the Service
12. Warranty Disclaimer
> Plain language: We provide ParlayIQ "as is." We do our best, but we can't promise perfection.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- That any analysis or data will be accurate or complete
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
13. Dispute Resolution
> Plain language: If we have a disagreement, let's try to work it out directly first. If not, here's how disputes are handled.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@parlayiq.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis — class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
Exceptions
Either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or security breaches.
14. Governing Law
> Plain language: These terms are governed by US federal law and the laws of the state where ParlayIQ is incorporated.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Termination
> Plain language: You can leave anytime. We can end your access if you violate the terms.
- By you — You may stop using ParlayIQ and delete your account at any time
- By us — We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law
- Effect of termination — Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive termination
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) and [Responsible Gambling](/responsible-gambling) page, constitute the entire agreement between you and ParlayIQ regarding the Service.
